Season 2024

NBA Hardwood Heat Up: November 28th Matchups

The NBA In-Season Tournament is a new annual competition for all 30 teams and debuted for the 2023–24 season. The tournament was officially announced on July 8, 2023, on ESPN’s NBA Today. The tournament, which is being held from November 3 to December 9, will feature all 30 NBA teams competing in two stages: group play and the knockout rounds. In group play, teams will be divided into six groups of five. Each team will play four games against the other teams in its group. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout rounds, where they will compete in single-elimination games. The semifinals and championship will take place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on December 7 and 9, respectively.

The NBA In-Season Tournament is a new and exciting event that is sure to add a new dimension to the NBA season. The tournament will give fans a chance to see their favorite teams compete in a meaningful event outside of the regular season. It will also give teams a chance to earn extra wins and improve their chances of making the playoffs. I think the tournament is a great addition to the NBA, and I can’t wait to see how it plays out.
